Departments

Leasafric  has two main functional departments:

i.  Business Development

 The department has the following units:

  • Lease Administration
  • Finance Lease
  • Operating Lease/Fleet Management
  • Outsourcing

 

ii. Business Support Services

The department has the following units:

  • Accounts & HR
  • Administration
  • IT

 

The Business Development Department is responsible for lease administration as well as new product development. The department's activities also involve marketing and credit analysis. Operating Lease/Fleet Management are also handled by the Business Development Department.

Our Outsourcing unit liaises with companies to outsource every aspect of their business from less critical areas to advanced and more critical functions to Leasafric whiles concentrating on their core business areas to maximise their market share.  The unit also develops concrete and strategic HR advisory systems. 

The Accounts Unit of the Business Support Services Department is responsible for Accounting, Treasury management, Taxation, regulatory compliance and HR.  Whilst Administration Unit handles logistics for smooth running of the office.

The activities of these departments are directed and co-ordinated by the Managing Director and the Head of Finance and Administration who are accountable to the Board.

The two functional departments are manned by qualified, well trained, competent and well motivated staff, with experiences in leasing and finance, who possess a good understanding of the Ghanaian leasing industry, in particular, and the finance industry in general. They have participated in several credit and lease administration training programmes.
